Rules & Information

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and productive fishing experience at L’Etourneau, we have established a set of rules and guidelines. Please familiarise yourself with these rules to help maintain the quality of our facilities and the health of our fish stocks.

Fishing Rules

No braided mainline
Tubing or leaders must be used
Barbless hooks only
Carp care kit must be carried and used on all hook holds
Bait boats are permitted
Fresh, frozen boilies only
Mats and landing nets provided
No sacking of fish – fish should be retained whilst camera equipment prepared only
Safety rigs only – Rig checks will be performed and anyone found to be breaking the rules will be escorted off the lake and no refund will be given
Anglers should be no further than 1 peg away from their rods
Never pull for a break – if you have problems contact George who is always available on site
Alcohol should be consumed sensibly. It is at the discretion of management whether we believe someone has consumed to much alcohol to fish safely.

Facilities and Services

1. Accommodation:

Lakeside Cabins: Fully equipped with kitchens, luxury bathrooms, and outdoor decking areas with barbecues. English charging sockets are available for phones and bait boats .

2. Onsite Tackle Shop:

Stock: Essential fishing gear and accessories, including bait and tackle, are available for purchase. Expert advice is provided to enhance your fishing experience .

3. Food and Beverage Facilities:

Kitchen Facilities: Both cabins feature modern kitchen areas for meal preparation.

Barbecue Areas: Enjoy outdoor cooking and dining with our well-appointed barbecue facilities .
